Quick answers
- I didn't get my sign-in link. Check your spam folder, then ask for a fresh link. Links work once and expire after 15 minutes.
- My draft plan disappeared. A draft from the home page waits for two hours. After that, type the sentence again. It only takes a moment.
- How do I invite my team? Open your plan and press “Looks good, share it”, or go to Settings, then Invitations.
- How much does it cost? Nothing for the whole team. We don't count seats.
- How do I delete my account? Go to Account settings, or email us and we'll do it for you.
Security problems
If you've found a security issue, please email support@giveusaproject.com with “Security” in the subject and don't share it publicly until we've fixed it. We'll thank you and keep you posted.
